DUE TO COVID-19 AND INCREASED DELAYS PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) FOR PROCESSING. IN ADDITION TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) FOR SHIPPING.

Processing Times

 

Custom unit orders have a processing time of 14 business days. Please plan accordingly taking this time into consideration when purchasing custom units. They are carefully constructed and take time make. Processing times exclusively for extensions may be faster.

 

Shipping:

Allow up to 7 days to receive your order. Due to the pandemic there are delays that are out of our control. Janine Units is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. At this moment only domestic shipping is available.   

 

 

Returns:

​

There is a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To begin a return you must contact us at janineunits@gmail.com. If your return meet the requirements, you'll be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to proceed. No items should be sent without a request and will NOT be accepted. 
 

Refunds:

 

Refunds will only be given when ALL the following requirements are met on custom closure/upart units

  •  All original tags and packaging are still intact 

  • Lace on the unit is uncut and free of damage

  • Hair is in the same condition as originally purchased. No changes in styling, cut, color, unused and unworn

  • Elastic bands and wig combs must on the unit same as purchased 

 

There are absolutely NO refunds, returns, or exchanges on extensions purchases. All sales are FINAL.

 

Janine Units is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct measurements.
